All items on the website are held in stock unless otherwise stated. In the unlikley event your order cannot be fulfilled or will be delayed, we will inform you of this by Email as soon as possible.
If you have any complaints about a product or service, please call us on +44(0)1983 613013 between 11.30am -5.00pm, Tues-Sat. or you can email us at islandtattoo@hotmail.com and we will answer your mail with in 48 hours on receipt of the complaint.
No contract will exist between the customer and Island Tattoo Supplies for the sale of any goods unless, and until, Island Tattoo Supplies confirms by email the shipping date for the products you have ordered. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions relating to any goods purchased will be considered complete at the time Island Tattoo Supplies sends this email or letter to you.
