Shipping and Returns
All orders received and payed for by 12.00am will be shipped same day, (Excluding Bank Holidays and weekends), Orders recieved and payed for after 12.00am will be processed and shipped next working day, in the unlikley event an item is not in stock you will be notified by Email.
You can return within 28 days of receipt of any goods purchased from us if they are faulty, if you have simply changed your mind or in the event you do not believe they are fit for their purpose. We will accept the return of these goods only if they are in their original condition. Once we have received the return of any items and subject to their condition upon receipt, we will refund any payment you have made for the goods or supply you with a replacment which ever you prefer.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.
If you are returning an item because of a mistake on our part or because it is faulty, we will refund the postage costs incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
